Malfunction of Club 100 System on 4/4
You may notice that there was a malfunction of Club 100 bonus point system on 4/4/2016(Mon). Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused, the incident caused members unable to record their weekly bonus points while the monthly offer was not affected.
To extend our gratitude to your continuous support, we will have the following special arrangement.
All members who has purchased $20 or above using the registered Octopus card/product on 4/4/2016 will be entitled of a “$10 thank you e-cash” as compensation to their unrecorded weekly bonus points.
Please redeem the $10 thank you e-cash on your next purchase from 21/4/2016 to 15/5/2016 at any Café de Coral branch.
Moreover, members who should have accumulated 3 points or above on 4/4/2016 will be compensated with the amount of unrecorded e-cash they entitled. We will send a separate email and SMS to affected members and notify the amount of e-cash they entitled by next week. Method of redeeming e-cash compensation is identical to $10 thank you e-cash. Redemption details are shown below.
